1-Why Most Diets Don’t Work

Have you ever started a diet, then stopped quickly after because you realized it was not working near as well as it should have been? I am sure you were wondering why it worked for someone else but not for you. The answer is simple, your body responds differently to different things. If one diet worked for everyone, then everyone would be healthy.

2-What should you do?

The most important thing for you to do right from the start is to actually create a food log for yourself. I want you to write down everything you have throughout the day, and make sure you include the total number or calories, carbs, and proteins. I know counting calories is not fun but it needs to be done for the first few weeks so you know how many you should eat. But once those weeks are up you never have to do it again!

3-Set up your meals

Once you have figured out how many calories your body needs in order to lose about one pound per week, you need to set up your meals based off of those calories. For weight loss it is best to have six meals per day to keep your metabolism running fast.
